Woodstream Corporation - Consumer products, pest & animal control, lawn & garden, wildlife care

  • Managed and optimized over 3,600 SKUs across 8+ brands, executing high-impact Amazon strategies that drove sales growth through SEO, AMS campaigns exceeding $500K/month, and premium content that converted customers. By leveraging competitive research, bundling strategies, and SIOC packaging solutions, I increased AOV and ROAS while reducing costs and strengthening market share.

Human Touch - Wellness & massage chair company

  • Led marketplaces and DTC consulting, navigating the complex Amazon ecosystem amid a sea of low-cost competitors while preserving the brand’s premium image built over 45 years. I managed the channel profitably year after year, strategically balancing Amazon performance to support, not overshadow, wholesale and retail channels, recognizing that “winning” doesn’t always mean rapid growth when maintaining luxury positioning and financial sense is the priority.

4Patriots - emergency preparedness survival products

  • Launched and scaled the Amazon Seller channel to over $8M in its first year, creating the top-selling Emergency Food supply product and developing 60+ new items that expanded market reach. Managed $115K average monthly ad spend, optimized product listings and campaigns for maximum ROI, and delivered data-driven reporting and strategy to align growth with company goals.

AVN - Amazon Vendor Negotiations

  •  Over the past decade, we’ve led 14 Amazon Vendor Negotiations (AVN) for brands, consistently securing favorable terms that balance profitability and growth. Most recently, after Amazon requested a 9% Co-Op increase, we successfully negotiated a 2.6% decrease while securing product increases and strategic participation in advertising and Amazon events, demonstrating the importance of focusing on areas where the brand has control to create win-win outcomes.
